WHAT TO EXPECT
The property shoots I do involve more than simply turning up to a property and getting cracked on with some standard wide shots. If some core wide shots is what you are after, that’s completely smashing with me, but what I’m trying to say is - each property shoot needs thought and preparation.
Firstly, we’ll have a chat through how you currently market your property, what platforms you use and what their image restrictions are, if you use images on socials to build a connection for repeat guests, the feel of the property you would like to convey, when you struggle most with bookings and how some atmospheric images could help with that!
Then, once we have a clear plan, I will come prepared. Always carrying glass cleaner, some props for some more stylised shots and sometimes a model would help create more of lifestyle vibe?
Then there is the housekeeping element - I know what will annoy you in images…bedsheets not smoothed out, cushions upside down, bins and toilet brushes in view!…The list goes on - but leave that with me! ☺️
